ORDER & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Cakes can remain outside the refrigerator for up to 2 hours provided the weather is mild and the cake is not exposed to direct sunlight.
2. If the cake will not be consumed on the same day, it should be stored in the refrigerator inside its original box.
3. Delivery times are between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM depending on the driver’s route. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
4. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the cake before the driver leaves. If there is any damage, please take clear photos immediately and contact us at 01021726164 or through Instagram. Damaged orders must be reported upon delivery.

5. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your order.

6. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or upon collection, as agreed during the ordering process.
7. Customized orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or significantly modified within 7 days of the delivery date, as materials and production are scheduled in advance.
8. While we do our best to match inspiration photos and requested designs, all cakes are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, decoration, and final appearance.
9. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing their order. While we take care during preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
10. Once the cake has been collected or successfully delivered and accepted, Kolac is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, transportation, or storage.
11. Any changes to the design, size, flavor, pickup date, or delivery details must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date and are subject to availability.
12. By confirming an order and paying the deposit, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
